What we cannot do#
- Personal troubleshooting. We cannot debug your specific network by email. The troubleshooting cluster is built to be worked through in order, and it is more useful than anything we could write in a reply.
- Product recommendations by email. The platform picker and compatibility checker encode the same reasoning we would use.
- Sponsored content, guest posts, or link placements. These are declined without exception. See editorial standards.
Suggesting coverage#
If there is a question you could not get answered anywhere, tell us the exact phrasing you searched for. Genuine unanswered questions are the best input we get, and they are how several pages on this site started.
